Problem with diffuse.

Hello. So i have problem with diffuse texture, when i go to game with diffuse material opacity 100,the diffuse doesn't work, i mean it's disappeard somewhere. When i make diffuse material opacity 101, it work all the time even without lights turned on. can someone help me? UV2.
